- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆This firm is very disrespectful and unappreciative of Realtors. I was suppose to have a closing there today but because they did not do their title work in a timely manner the closing had to be postponed. The attorney Mr. Webster took my buyers back to his office for about 30 minutes, then he called the banker back, and then finally my seller. He never acknowledged me or my role in the (failed) transaction. He never discussed anything with me. Also their phone was not answered at all most of the time. I either received a busy signal or voice mail. No wonder he was not prepared for the closing. He didnt research the title early and never spoke to me..the Realtor who represented both parties. I hate to burn a bridge because there may come a day when I have to deal with this firm again because one of my clients chooses them but if I am lucky it will not be oftenBy Taren Myrick, May 04, 2017
